Please enter your contact information, proof of the 12 hours of postdoctoral education, and payment of recredentialing fee, which are necessary to complete the annual maintenance of credentials (MOC) as a Diplomate of the International Academy of Neuromusculoskeletal Medicine (DIANM).
Login to Pay Your Renewal – After you login, click on “MOC Renewal” to pay your recredentialing fee, and then upload your continuing education documents under the “Renewal Documentation” tab.
